Role Overview The Experience & Design Director will be responsible for establishing and championing the user-centered design vision for Concord.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of UX principles, visual design, and user research methodologies.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, capable of mentoring and inspiring a team while also contributing to sales pursuits and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management :

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing UX & Design team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and1 conduct performance reviews for team members.
• Manage team resources and allocate projects effectively.
• Advocate for design thinking and user-centered design principles within the organization.
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.
