Position Summary : Oversees Supercuts’ paid, social, earned, and influencer media strategy across national and local levels. Manages $10–15M working media budget and agency partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and lead integrated paid, social, influencer, and earned media strategies
• Manage full working media budget and local media platforms
• Oversee agency performance and negotiate contracts and scopes
• Partner with analytics and digital experience teams to optimize media-to-conversion flow
• Drive content strategy for social and influencer channels
• Align media strategy with franchisee visibility and support needs

Salary Range : $140,000-$160,000 per year based on the skills and experience the candidate brings forward.
