The Opportunity
Support a Project Manager on large-scale wireless / telecom deployments by owning document control, database updates, and schedule / communications tracking. You'll keep the project engine runningensuring records are accurate, stakeholders are aligned, and milestones hit budget and timeline targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain document control and electronic project files; upload / pull artifacts across client databases.
- Manage RFDS and other customer data systems; ensure records are accurate and current.
- Update project trackers and client-facing dashboards; flag risks and slippages early.
- Coordinate team communications (meeting notes, action items, follow-ups) and attend daily / weekly deployment calls.
- Track status across scopes; provide concise status reporting on what's done, what's next, and blockers.
- Support project schedule / budget adherence through diligent data entry, audits, and variance tracking.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of project administration experience (1+ year as a Telecom Project Coordinator in wireless strongly preferred).High school diploma or equivalent (specialized training / education may offset part of the experience).Proven data analytics & data entry skills with high accuracy.Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookups, filters).Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills; comfortable in a fast-paced, independent work environment.Ability to maintain organized, auditable records across multiple systems.Preferred / Pluses
AT&T Project Scoping Coordination experience.Direct experience in wireless / fiber telecom, ROW, or small cell project work.Familiarity with client tracking databases and RFDS workflows.Type : 6+ month contract (long-term expected) Schedule : MonFri, 85 (flexible start as early as ~6 : 30 a.m. ET) Location : Remote (must work Eastern Time hours) Compensation : $27.00$31.25 / hour (W2)
