Project Coordinator (Scoping)

The Opportunity

Support a Project Manager on large-scale wireless / telecom deployments by owning document control, database updates, and schedule / communications tracking. You'll keep the project engine runningensuring records are accurate, stakeholders are aligned, and milestones hit budget and timeline targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain document control and electronic project files; upload / pull artifacts across client databases.
• Manage RFDS and other customer data systems; ensure records are accurate and current.
• Update project trackers and client-facing dashboards; flag risks and slippages early.
• Coordinate team communications (meeting notes, action items, follow-ups) and attend daily / weekly deployment calls.
• Track status across scopes; provide concise status reporting on what's done, what's next, and blockers.
• Support project schedule / budget adherence through diligent data entry, audits, and variance tracking.
