What you´ll do

• Develop and execute the factory’s digital, automation, and OT roadmap in alignment with site goals and global initiatives.
• Lead capital and digital projects with budgets up to $10 million, ensuring strong governance, vendor oversight, and risk management throughout execution.
• Senior-level technical leader and advisor on automation, digitalization, and industrial networking initiatives, ensuring alignment with site strategy and technical standards.
• Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing to enhance operator and technician capability with new digital and automation systems.

The salary for this role is $104,900.00 - $122,800.00 . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
