Basic Requirements
Currently located in or prepared to relocate for on‑site work at one of the Alpha Campuses (Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA : East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)Hold a Bachelor's degree in any disciplineMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areasProven track record of creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutionsDemonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities with a history of building, managing, and inspiring high‑performing teamsDirect experience working with youth (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settingsCompetence in data analysis and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and foster continuous improvementLegal authorization to work in the United StatesAbout Alpha

Working with us
This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD / hour, which equates to $200,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
