Job Descriptions :

Facilitate the completion of quotes and deliver quotes to customers

Accept POs from customers and provide Sales Order Acknowledgments

Assist Engineering department in the creation of Masters, Work Orders, and managing various aspects of ERP system

Respond to customer requests and inquiries

Communicate relevant information to customers

Generate shipping and invoicing documentation

Requirements :

AA degree or equivalent

Proficient computer skills, including ability to use Microsoft Excel & other common programs

Ability to interpret BOMs and assembly drawings

Communications skills, especially with regards to customer service

Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes

Experience working with MRP / ERP systems
