Job descriptionMonday & Tuesday : Engage with your community through local events, school screenings, and presentations to promote a positive image of our services. Participate in morning briefings to share appreciation and highlight examples of excellent customer service. Work with our young patients, who make up over 70% of our clientele. Provide compassionate care to every patient. Guide parents and patients through treatment processes. Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care. Prepare patients for examinations and treatments. Take x-rays and maintain patient charts. Capture quality orthodontic facial photos. Ensure operational readiness and prepare tray set-ups for dental procedures. Mix dental materials and maintain sterilization protocols. Assist dental staff during treatments and document patient information. Prepare and polish impression casts. Fabricate custom impression trays. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards. Perform additional duties as assigned. Orthodontic or Dental Assistant Certification (State-dependent). At least 1 year of experience in Orthodontic Assisting preferred. CPR / BLS Certification required. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Strong focus on customer service and patient satisfaction. Genuine love for working with children. Compassionate approach towards patients, parents, and staff. Integrity in all actions and adherence to ethical standards. Dependable and reliable attendance.
