Head of Sales - Financial Technology Services
Vichara is a Financial Services focused products and services firm headquartered in NY and building systems for some of the largest i-banks and hedge funds in the world.
Job Description
- Generate new, recurring license revenue by securing deals for Vichara's solutions.
- Lead generation and opportunity creation for both Vichara's products and consulting services through networking and sales relationships with clients, prospects, etc.
- Actively prospect new opportunities within the financial services market including broker-dealers, hedge funds, fund-of-funds and asset managers.
- Build strong relationships with qualified prospects, conducting regular check-ins, presenting solutions, and addressing any questions promptly and professionally.
- Be able to entertain prospects and clients as necessary, promoting the company's brand and reputation.
- Handle all sales-related activities, including negotiating and closing contracts, and work with internal contacts to ensure a seamless implementation process.
- Represent Vichara at C-level meetings, industry forums, and exhibitions to build product awareness.
- Thoroughly understand and manage the sales process from end to end.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in finance / technology.In-depth knowledge of structured finance products and data & analytics, with experience in these areas.Ability to travel to key markets as necessary.Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanour.Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and prospects simultaneously.Compensation
120,000 USD plus bonus up to 200,000 USD.
