We are looking for a Head of Sales to join our team in Boston! We offer excellent benefits and compensation of $90,000 - $95,000 .

The role :

The Boston Head of Sales is responsible for overseeing the Sales department for Swingers in Boston, Massachusetts. This involves planning, developing, and implementing all group sales strategies for the local market with the support of the SVP of Sales to drive company revenues and exceed financial targets. The role efficiently addresses all incoming sales inquiries, oversees a specific revenue‑generating market, and leads a high‑performance proactive sales function that generates its own sales leads.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan, develop, and execute group sales strategies for the Boston market.
  • Manage inbound sales inquiries and nurture customer relationships.
  • Lead a high‑performance sales team and generate internal sales leads.
  • Collaborate with the SVP of Sales to meet revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Maintain awareness of hospitality market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Our perfect candidate has :

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a comparable leadership sales role.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the local Boston market.
  • Proven track record in a strategic sales management role.
  • Ability to manage sales in a high‑volume environment with outstanding customer service.
  • Personal commitment to organizational excellence, honesty, integrity, and a strong ethical approach.
  • High commercial acumen and strategic planning abilities, even amid market shifts.
  • Excellent relationship‑management and communication skills.
  • Resilience, calmness, and determination to hit sales targets.
