Business Development Manager (Talent Pool)
About this role
You will create top-of-funnel pipeline for enterprise and mid-market, qualifying opportunities and booking meetings that convert.
What you’ll do
- Own outbound : ICP definition, list building, sequences, cold calls, social selling.
- Qualify inbound with structured discovery (BANT / MEDDICC).
- Partner with AEs on territory & ABM plays; book high-quality meetings.
- Track activity, conversion rates, and pipeline influence in CRM.
What you bring
2–5 years in BDR / SDR / BDM for B2B solutions.Sequencing tools (Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot) & LinkedIn Sales Navigator.English B2+ mandatory. Spanish / Portuguese a plus.Resilience, experimentation mindset, crisp written / oral comms.Nice to have
Experience booking for US time zones; multi-market messaging.Location
Americas (incl. USA) or Spain. Remote / hybrid.
