About the role
- The Marketing & Content Coordinator plays a key role in shaping how DynaGen and our Loan Officers show up online. You'll manage social channels, create engaging content, and collaborate directly with our sales team to help each Loan Officer develop their personal brand. This position is ideal for a creative self-starter who's comfortable balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
What you'll do
Content Creation : Develop high-quality, on-brand content (graphics, videos, posts, stories, reels, email campaigns, etc.) for both company and individual Loan Officer use.Social Media Management : Plan, post, and monitor content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, , TikTok, YouTube, etc.), ensuring consistent voice and engagement.Brand Building : Work directly with Loan Officers to build and refine their personal brands, offering guidance on tone, design, and best practices.Campaign Support : Assist in planning and executing company-wide marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, and recruiting campaigns.Analytics & Insights : Track engagement metrics, analyze performance, and make data-driven recommendations for content improvement.Collaboration : Partner with leadership, recruiting, and sales teams to ensure all marketing efforts align with company goals and brand standards.Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content coordination (experience in mortgage, real estate, or financial services a plus).Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and paid / organic growth strategies.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.What We Offer
