AlliedTravelCareers is working with Lancesoft Inc. to find a qualified Medical Assistant in Spokane, Washington, 99210!

Pay Information

$900 to $1,100 per week

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • MA-C (Medical Assistant-Certified)

    • Skills & Responsibilities

  • Proficient in Epic EHR system for accurate patient charting and documentation.
  • Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, height / weight, and pulse oximetry.
  • Perform 12-lead EKG / ECG tests and assist with pulmonary procedures such as nebulizer treatments.
  • Administer intramuscular injections and immunizations safely and efficiently.
  • Collect and handle patient specimens, including sputum samples, with proper labeling.
  • Conduct patient rooming, prepare for exams, and document medical history, medications, and allergies.
  • Manage insurance verification, authorization forms, and pharmacy refill requests.
  • Perform follow-up phone calls to patients to support continuity of care.
  • Maintain clean and organized clinical environment, preparing and sanitizing equipment as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, patient confidentiality, and professional standards within the outpatient pulmonary clinic.
