Sales Engineer

Primary responsibilities for this position include preparing and delivering technical presentations, assessing customer needs, customizing solutions, and the selling of complex thermal processing equipment. This role blends deep technical expertise with strong communication skills to solve customer problems and drive sales. Qualifications

• Education – Bachelor's degree in engineering or other related technical field
• Experience – Solid background in capital equipment industry, specifically involved in thermal capital equipment sales, minimum 5 years
• Relevant employment history - Technical Sales Support for capital equipment used in PV, Electronics hi-tech applications. Senior-level contacts within SierraThermal potential global customer base relevant to equipment purchasing decisions. Deep knowledge with sales forecasting, reporting, and quoting software and procedures
• Travel – U.S., Europe, and Asia. Must be eligible to work in the US and travel internationally
• Other Attributes – Self-motivated, excellent communication skills (written and oral), structured and organized work habits, PC literate
• Language – Fluent English (spoken / written); other language fluency may be a plus
