Family Medicine - Mountain West

  • Up to 375K salary (Depending upon experience)+ CME Allowance
  • 4 days / week
  • Inherit established patients and learn from an experienced provider
  • Medical Director Opportunity in a new facility
  • Sign-On / retention bonus up to $130,000
  • 10 Exam rooms, 1 procedure room, private office, and medical assistant for each provider.
  • See an average of12-18 patients per day
  • 6% matchretirement plan
  • PTO : 30 days
