A company is looking for a Project Implementation Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities :
Support implementation projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are on schedule
Act as a secondary point of contact for customers, providing professional communication throughout the implementation process
Maintain accurate project details and documentation in tools such as Jira, Salesforce, or Smartsheet
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
0-2 years of experience in customer support, onboarding, project coordination, or related fields
Comfortable working with technology and learning new software tools (e.g., CRM or project management systems)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
