Implementation Specialist

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to manage and optimize Talent and Learning Management Systems. Key Responsibilities Oversee the implementation and administration of the Talent Management System (TMS) and daily operations of the Learning Management System (LMS) Provide technical support, training, and documentation for system users and ensure data integrity and system performance Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and collaborate on special projects related to talent and learning development Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Instructional Design, with 2 years of related experience; or 5 years of related experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in Talent Management system administration Familiarity with Learning Management Systems Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software tools quickly Experience in a complex organization or consulting role with strong project planning skills
