The Opportunity : General Manager (San Francisco)

We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to lead financial performance, operational execution, and strategic growth at our San Francisco aerospace manufacturing site. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in high-accountability environments and understands the rigor of aerospace production.

You’ll Oversee

Full ownership of accounting, payroll, cash management, and inventory controls

Financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis

Leadership of the Finance & Administration function

Policies, internal controls, and compliance for AS9100, ITAR, and EAR

Cross‑functional alignment with Materials, Program Management, and Operations

Continuous improvement initiatives using PDCA and Lean principles

On‑time delivery, cost discipline, and site‑level growth initiatives

What You Bring

7–10 years of management experience in manufacturing (aerospace preferred)

Strong operational, analytical, and financial leadership skills

Working knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR, EAR, FAR / DFAR

Ability to lead teams, drive improvements, and deliver results

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related field preferred

Eligibility to work in an ITAR‑restricted environment
