SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a passionate and experienced engineer to lead the design and development of innovative electrical and electronic systems. In this role, you'll take ownership of the entire development process—from concept through validation—working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, fully functional products. You'll coordinate design efforts, drive technical decisions, and deliver robust, tested solutions that meet performance and quality standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide guidance to multi-disciplined teams through the development activities for automotive electronics.
• Act as the customer technical interface and provide project direction to ensure all tasks remain on time and in budget.
• Leads all planning, scheduling, and development activities for a project.
• Performs complex assignments often requiring development of new or improved products, processes, and techniques.
• Analyze customer requirements and specifications.
• Define system and component operating requirements and control scheme.
• Prepare technical specifications for the electrical / electronic components and system.
• Design control circuits, digital and analog.
• Create PCB layouts in compliance with customer requirements.
• Development of test specifications and coordination of product test setups.
• Interface to and direct PCB fabrication activities.
• Prototype and test new circuits.
• Assist production and test to resolve EE, instrumentation, system diagnostic and control issues.
• Documentation of work in compliance with ITAF 16949.
• Provide field support for customers.
