Location : Rancho Cordova, CA (Remote with occasional onsite visits)

Scope : Provide a Project Manager (PM) to plan, execute, control, report, and close multiple IT projects across Client, including oversight of implementation and Maintenance & Operations (M&O) deliverables.

Background : Client seeks PM services to rapidly deploy / modify IT solutions driven by legislation, court mandates, telework objectives, and other priorities supporting staff and offender services.

Project Overview :

Deliverable-based engagement spanning :

Project Management Planning (charter, plans, schedule, risks, stakeholders).

Execution & Controlling (status, cost tracking, risk / issue / change control, meetings).

Reporting (weekly, monthly, CDT reporting).

Technical Documentation (requirements, design, build, test, ORR, M&O).

Closeout & Knowledge Transfer (PIER, lessons learned, final artifacts).

Required Skills and Qualifications (Mandatory) :

Not meeting any of the below mandatory qualifications in this area may result in disqualification of the resume.

Must possess an active Project Management Institute (PMI) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate. Responses must include verification of this certification.

The Candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of broad and extensive experience in managing complex IT systems and integration projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity. For each project used to document the five (5) years of minimum experience, describe the following :

Strategic and business significance of the projects within the portfolios.

Scope, timeframe, and costs of the projects within the portfolio.

Candidate's role, including specific examples demonstrating knowledge and experience with Project Management principles, concepts, and practices.

A minimum of (3) years' experience managing projects utilizing Agile Methodology.

A minimum of two (2) years' experience evaluating and managing largescale multi-phase projects, including producing project schedules, status reports, and project plans. Experience must be within the last ten (10) years.

A minimum of three (3) years' experience utilizing relevant programs, such as Microsoft (MS) Project, MS Excel, and MS Word.

A minimum of two (2) years' experience utilizing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management.

A minimum of two (2) years' experience with managing deployment and implementation of ServiceNow Platform.

A minimum of two (2) years' experience with facilitating and coordinating Organization Change Management.
