Overview

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oréal USA, is the premiere wholesale distributor in the United States of salon professional beauty brands. We are seeking qualified candidates for the Retail Store Manager position.

Responsibilities

  • Builds a Great Team : recruit and develop a high-performing store team, ensure staff have knowledge and tools for success, provide constructive feedback, and treat team members with respect and dignity.
  • Sets Clear Direction : establish and communicate a clear vision, champion company goals, create measurable strategies, and manage short- and long-term goals.
  • Drives the Business : identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability, monitor performance, analyze sales trends, and implement changes with creative ideas.
  • Leads with Passion : promote teamwork, motivate employees with energy and optimism, and support leadership at all levels.
  • Influences and Inspires : set clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, understand what motivates others, and recognize outstanding performance.
  • Act with Integrity : demonstrate reliability, deliver on commitments, and earn trust as a trusted leader.

    • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of retail leadership experience
  • Self-directed with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using a computerized point-of-sale system; SAP experience preferred
  • Must be able to work weekends as required
  • 18 years of age and high school diploma or equivalent GED (preferred)
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand / walk for scheduled shifts
  • Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required

    From : $25.90 To : $28.80
