What You'll Do

- Delegate tasks, manage schedules, and track productivity
- Train and coach team members for performance and compliance
- Open and close facility, maintaining site readiness and security
- Maintain records, production logs, and daily shift reports
- Collaborate with other leads and supervisors for smooth operations
- Monitor equipment maintenance and cleanliness
- Assist with supply ordering, labor forecasting, and R&D projects
- Participate in hiring, reviews, and team development
