Overview

Express isseeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Richmond, VA 23231. In this role, you will be the face of our company, building relationships with clients and driving sales in the field. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Self Generating Lead Machine

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and prospecting.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
