Responsibilities
- Installs and repairs electrical systems, apparatus and electrical components
- Installs power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment
- Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus, such as transformers, motors and lighting fixtures using test equipment and replacing damaged or broken wires and cables
- Replaces faulty elecrical components of machinery such as relays switches, motors and position sensing devices
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Electrician Journeyman Card or 8 years of electrician experience in an industrial setting
