Smartland is a rapidly expanding Private Equity Real Estate company managing more than 1,300 residential units. We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will play a vital role in keeping our properties and residents supported through effective communication, coordination, and follow-up.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on maintenance experience who is ready to transition into an office-based position focused on scheduling, organization, and teamwork. You will serve as the link between residents, maintenance technicians, and management ensuring every repair is handled promptly and professionally.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance calls and service requests as the first point of contact.
• Diagnose and prioritize maintenance issues to ensure quick, efficient solutions.
• Coordinate schedules and dispatch maintenance technicians or vendors.
• Keep residents informed with regular updates and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, progress, and completed tasks.
• Collaborate with property management to improve maintenance efficiency and service quality.
