Base pay range

$75,000.00 / yr - $90,000.00 / yr

Compensation : $85,000 to $90,000 annually.

Onsite Location : Scottsdale, AZ

POSITION SUMMARY

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for facilitating the design process for our organization by ensuring that designs are in keeping with the brand's DNA. This includes managing the creative process from start to finish : defining concepts, designing, sketching, and some development.

The Graphic Designer must possess an extensive skill set and qualifications that work together to manage the design process efficiently. This position supports the mission of the organization by demonstrating excellent designs that are compelling to potential customers while also serving the design needs of our internal team to support existing clients.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Consistently producing creative assets, such as graphics for paid media, landing pages, the website and presentations, that align with the brand and drive measurable results. The designs should improve engagement, boost conversions, and represent the brand well.
• Consistently incorporating the company\'s brand values and identity into all creative output, delivering a cohesive brand message across all touchpoints.
