The Senior Manager, U.S. Events & Meetings Consultant Engagements role drives business-centric partnerships and collaborates with key leaders and operational teams within Compliance, Legal, Risk Operations, IT, US Medical and Commercial stakeholders, and global partners. This role manages the end-to-end strategic engagement planning and execution of Consultant Engagements, including tiering, FMV, contracting, logistics, payments, transparency reporting, risk management, and ensures compliance with consultant engagement processes across BMS. The position drives performance excellence and continuous improvement for Consultant Engagements, aligning to business priorities and delivering best-in-class HCP customer engagements.

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Strategic Thinking and Planning

• Create business impact by combining a deep understanding of healthcare trends with an enterprise-wide perspective to identify strategic opportunities for breakthrough performance.
• Influence senior leaders and partner with US Medical / Commercial business stakeholders to strategize and guide best-in-class HCP customer engagement.
• Oversee and manage budget to ensure optimal and effective utilization of resources.
• Drive effective business partnership between Events & Meetings team and US teams in strategy development, investment decision making, and tactical planning for HCP / Consultant Programs.
• Lead the matrix team of key stakeholders to drive effective execution of Consultant Engagements.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across all processes and systems used for Consultant Engagements.
• Establish and deliver key metrics on Consultant Engagements to Business Partners.
• Consistently foster and embrace an environment in which all individuals embrace a Speak My Mind and growth mindset culture.
• Potential to manage direct reports.

Compensation Overview : Princeton - NJ - US : $122,150 - $148,011 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employees work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
