Sales Manager

Job Purpose :

Our Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, leading and executing the business segment's strategy and profitability, growing sales and gross profit annually. This role will lead a sales team and will collaborate with the Design, Sourcing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Field Sales Teams to develop customer solutions that exceed expectations and uses first-hand customer information to drive programs and project success.

Job Responsibilities :

• Work directly with Sales Representatives to grow business in existing and new accounts, and conducts annual customer visits.
• Direct and coordinate product and service promotions to expand market presence and strengthen competitive positioning.
• Mentor and develop the Sales Team to improve performance and support overall sales strategy and growth.
• Set sales goals and quotas; provide guidance on sales techniques and shares accountability for Division sales results.
• Conduct quarterly account reviews and partner with leadership to drive sales growth and profitability through improved gross margins.
• Analyze sales statistics to support strategic planning and individual sales performance improvement.
• Manage budgeting by reviewing requests, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and allocating operational funds effectively.
• Lead change management, model company values, handle staffing decisions, and fosters a positive, team-oriented sales culture.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications :

Salary range $125,000 - $200,000
