Maintenance Specialist III

Love what you do! This is a great full-time opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team! Our ideal candidate will have the following skills : carpentry with the ability to read plans and frame out a build, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, electrical, HVAC and plumbing, and desire to learn about code compliance. In this position, you will assist with ongoing repairs / maintenance at programs, program and individual moves, landscaping and snow removal as necessary, and review site conditions and report to Facilities Manager.

Schedule : Full Time, 40 hours

Pay Rate : $30.90 / hour
