Salesforce Consultant

LaSalle Network has partnered with an international nonprofit seeking a skilled Salesforce Consultant to join their team for a 3-month remote contract opportunity.

This role will involve standing up a new out of the box Salesforce instance, integrating data, setting up customized reporting and providing knowledge transfer to our current staff.

This position is driven by our client’s company growth and the need to optimize their Salesforce instance for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our client’s analysts, conducting discovery work to assess project requirements and recommend solutions.

Your expertise in Salesforce architecture and development will drive their efforts towards optimizing their Salesforce instance and data management processes.

This role will be instrumental in ongoing deduplication efforts, metadata integration and streamlining data processes to enhance our client’s Salesforce system's efficiency and reliability.

Salesforce Consultant Responsibilities :

• Stand up a new out of the box Salesforce instance, integrating extracted data and setting up customized reporting
• Provide expertise in API creation, data migration and Salesforce system integration
• Lead efforts in deduplication and data cleaning processes to optimize data integrity
• Streamline and standardize metadata, leveraging tools such as Cloudingo for deduplication
• Collaborate with stakeholders to make informed decisions on architecture and integration platforms like Classy, FormAssembly and Golden Volunteers
• Provide functional and technical consulting, including developing Apex Triggers, classes, Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and other Salesforce solutions
• Conduct discovery sessions to assess current needs and define project scope, particularly within the Non-Profit Cloud (NPC) or Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP) environments

Salesforce Consultant Responsibilities :

• Previous experience with integration platforms such as Classy, FormAssembly and Golden Volunteers preferred
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and convey technical concepts effectively
• Expertise in deduplication processes and metadata integration within Salesforce environments preferred
• Experience working with Non-Profit Cloud (NPC) or Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP) is highly desirable
• Salesforce implementation and customization
• Data migration, deduplication, and data cleaning
• API creation and integration
• Metadata management and streamlining
• Proficiency with Apex Triggers, classes and Lightning Web Components (LWCs)
• Architect-level understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
