Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction from groundbreaking to final punch list. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure timely and quality execution. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and company standards. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and keep projects on track. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Mentor junior superintendents and field personnel.

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on multi-family residential projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam). OSHA certification preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Local market knowledge is a plus.
