Job description

As a Sales Representative you will have the opportunity to interact with new and existing clients where your primary responsibility will be to identify needs. Representatives meet with new and existing clients to build and maintain relationships and increase sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or marketing, be well organized and possess excellent attention to detail. The ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members is essential. If you are an excellent communicator with an eye for detail this may be the perfect position for you.

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities :

  • Document all client account updates in our CRM promptly
  • Partner with the Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Multitask and tackle projects in order of priority
  • Communicate relevant information proactively to the correct team members
  • Work cooperatively with operations personnel to improve our service and resolve any client issues
  • Onboard new accounts ensuring customers needs are met
  • Implement and support current promotions
  • Partner with the Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy

Sales Representative Job Requirements

  • Partner with the Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy
  • Driven to meet key quality standards
  • At least one year of successful business development or sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in providing exceptional client support
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and a successful track record of meeting goals
  • Able to swiftly meet customers needs by maintain an up to date working knowledge
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Flexible scheduling availability
  • Additional Candidate Qualifications :

  • Great communication skills and an outgoing demeanor
  • A flair for helping people find a perfect match
  • Must be reliable, consistent and driven
  • Multi-Tasking : Ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
  • Must be able to commute to our offices in Saint Louis, MO
