Summary

As a Regional Director in the Land Development Business Unit, you will be responsible for building, growing and overseeing the operations of our company's land development business in the Tempe, AZ area. Your main objective will be to build a land development business in the market and ensure that our business goals are met and exceeded through effective management and leadership. You will be expected to develop and implement strategies that will drive growth and profitability, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 12+ years of experience in a leadership role in the Land Development industry in the Phoenix market
• Proven track record of achieving business goals and driving growth
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve company goals and objectives
• Manage and lead a team of land development engineers
• Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain a strong relationship with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations

As a Regional Director, you will need to have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate your team. You will also need strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop effective strategies. In addition, you will need to have a deep understanding of Land Development in the Phoenix, AZ market to make informed decisions.
