Qualifications
3-7 years of B2B business development, technical sales, or account management experience
Proven success selling engineering-based products or systems to technical buyers
Background in drones, aerospace, robotics, or advanced manufacturing industries
Strong understanding of electric motors, propulsion systems, or UAV technology
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and strong organizational discipline
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)
Experience selling UAV propulsion systems or related aerospace components preferred
Established network within the commercial or defense drone market
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
