Intelligence Program Manager - Epic Analytics - CIA
Provides leadership on daily operations of the center for informatics and analytics (CIA) intelligence programs and interfaces with clinical, business and / or functional area experts. Manages program and project implementation strategy, portfolio of multiple projects, and project planning and deployment throughout the UMMC enterprise. Analyzes and develops intelligence program documentation. Initiates proposals for innovative analytical and visualization models to track, analyze, and report data. Responsible for providing leadership data needed to make data-driven business decisions. Collaborates with customers to identify opportunities for improvement and collaborates with informatics and analytics personnel to deliver solutions.
Education and Experience Required : Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of experience in analytics, informatics, intelligence, or program management.
Certifications, Licenses or Registration required : N / A
Knowledge of information systems, program management process, informatics, data analysis, data trending, report design and development management. Expertise with program management tools and methods. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal and customer service skills including ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups. Critical thinking skills and ability to troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analyses and effectively resolve problems. Knowledge of business and operational processes to effectively report meaningful data. Ability to carry out work with high attention to detail, to prioritize, and to meet deadlines. Ability to prepare and present periodic program reports and maintain records and documentation. Knowledge of management principles and ability to supervise, evaluate, and provide functional guidance to others.
