Senior Attorney / Partner - L&E - CA Bar License Req.

LABOR & EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION PARTNER (ATTORNEY) - CA BAR LICENSE REQUIRED.

Our client, a prestigious law firm recognized in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms

, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Litigation Partner to join their team in Las Vegas . This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex labor and employment matters, including single-plaintiff employment litigation and wage & hour class / PAGA litigation, while advising a sophisticated client base on cutting-edge legal issues.

Candidate Profile :

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

Active California Bar Admission is required .

Active Nevada Bar Admission is preferred in addition to CA Bar , but not required.

7+ years of substantive experience in labor & employment (L&E) litigation .

Extensive experience handling California labor & employment cases remotely.

Strong background in single-plaintiff employment litigation and wage & hour class / PAGA litigation .

Proven ability to manage cases independently, develop litigation strategies, and oversee junior attorneys.

Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with the ability to provide strategic counsel to clients.

A demonstrated track record of client development and maintaining strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent clients in a broad range of L&E litigation matters in California , remotely from the Las Vegas office .

Handle discrimination , harassment , wrongful termination , wage & hour disputes , and PAGA claims .

Manage all phases of litigation , from case assessment and discovery to motion practice, trial preparation, and resolution.

Counsel clients on labor and employment compliance , risk management , and dispute avoidance strategies.

Take a leadership role within the firm, mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to the firm’s business development efforts.

Collaborate with a team of highly skilled attorneys to deliver exceptional legal services.
