Handyman / Maintenance Technician

City Wide Facility Solutions of NC is in need of an additional Maintenance Technician to work in the Raleigh-Durham area. The right candidate will be capable of handling typical handyman repairs independently and in a timely fashion.

Must be comfortable with the following jobs :

• patching and painting drywall damage
• replacing light fixtures
• furniture assembly
• simple plumbing work such as replacing toilets or faucets

Requirements

Previous experience as a handyman or background in related field

Good communication skills

Reliable transportation and basic tools

General understanding of electrical and plumbing systems
