Position : SUMMER SESSION School Nurses (Related Services)
Program / Department : Special Education
Position Length : July 1, 2024 - July 31, 2024 (+ 1 day PMT Training 6 / 26 / 2024), Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 am - 2 : 30 pm (Closed July 4th & 5th for holiday)
Salary Range : TBD
Anticipated Start Date : 7 / 1 / 2024 (+ 1 day of PMT Training on 6 / 26 / 2024 - if required)

Qualifications : Candidates must have a CT State License from the Department of Health. Candidates with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and experience working with students with special needs are preferred.

Responsibilities : School Nurses needed to provide health services to students in self-contained special education program.
Dispense medications, assess student illness, provide first aide. Document services provided. See attached job description.
