The Tracer team plays a critical role in maintaining Coinbase's reputation as the most trusted and compliant platform in the cryptocurrency space. We develop advanced tools and systems designed to detect, investigate, and prevent illicit blockchain activities, ensuring the safety of our customers and the wider crypto ecosystem. Utilizing a modern tech stack including Databricks, StarRocks, Postgres, Python, and AWS, we efficiently process and analyze substantial blockchain datasets. Our collaborative work involves close interaction with compliance and investigative teams, and we are constantly evolving to stay ahead of emerging threats. Looking forward, we're also exploring machine learning, graph databases, and advanced visualization to elevate our blockchain forensics capabilities.

Your Contributions :

• Developing tools and systems to bolster Coinbase's capabilities in detecting, investigating, and preventing illicit blockchain activities.
• Maintaining systems that safeguard blockchains against criminal activities.
• Enhancing compliance and investigative technologies through robust software solutions.
• Collaborating with diverse teams to ensure alignment on product and technical strategies.

Pay Transparency Notice : The expected annual salary range for this role is $152,405 to $179,300 USD, accompanied by bonus and equity eligibility along with a comprehensive benefits package.
