Infinity Ward is looking for a Lead Engineer (SDET) – Tools - Infinity Ward to join our Tools team. In this role, you will help drive the development of automated testing frameworks and systems that validate and ensure the quality of our Content Creation tools through GUI-level functional and regression testing. You will be hands-on in writing code to test the tools that empower our developers and content creators, while also guiding and mentoring other engineers on best practices in automation.

This is an opportunity to influence the quality and stability of the pipelines that fuel one of the industry’s most iconic franchises.

This role is based in our Woodland Hills office and follows an onsite work schedule of 5 days per week. Work arrangements may evolve to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated GUI functional and regression tests that simulate user interaction and validate complex tool workflows.
• Build and extend robust, scalable automation frameworks to improve reliability and coverage of Content Creation tools.
• Collaborate with QA, engineering, and content teams to identify automation needs and ensure comprehensive coverage of user scenarios.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers, fostering best practices in automation and test design.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance test strategies, frameworks, and processes to increase stability, coverage, and reliability.
