Summary :
Design, develop, and verify software to ensure quality, reliability, and functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, objectives, and test strategies.
Create and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scenarios to meet software specifications.
Configure test environments (hardware, software, and networks) to replicate production conditions.
Conduct functional, performance, and safety tests; identify and report defects and vulnerabilities.
Document and maintain test plans, procedures, metrics, and results per security and data privacy standards.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Manage software test and verification activities across multifunctional teams.
Set up and maintain Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) automation systems for avionics testing.
Lead and mentor a small technical team to achieve milestones and develop rapid software capabilities.
Develop and optimize CI / CD processes, tools, and methodologies for safety-critical software.
Communicate technical progress, challenges, and solutions to leadership.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and HIL teams to integrate software and testing environments.
Utilize version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab) and CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, CircleCI).
Work with containerization / orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and configuration tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
Apply automated testing frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, PyTest) for rapid test execution.
Use monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK Stack) and artifact repositories (Nexus, Artifactory).
Open to using AI tools in CI / CD development (experience preferred but not required).
Research or publications in CI / CD or AI software fields are a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Requirements :
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in software engineering, or a Master's with 1 year of experience.
Must be able to work onsite in Cambridge, MA .
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications :
Education or experience in modern CI / CD techniques and / or AI tools.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (if sponsored).
