Engage with Clients : Respond to inbound requests and inquiries about financial products such as Indexed Universal Life policies, annuities, and life insurance. Understand customer needs and deliver customized product presentations via phone or video calls. Develop and nurture long-term connections with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Meet or exceed sales targets within established timeframes. Work closely with team members and other departments to drive success and improve customer outcomes. Drive for Success : A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving goals. Exceptional abilities in sales, negotiation, and communication. Proficiency in time management and organizational tasks. The ability to craft and deliver compelling, customized presentations. A knack for establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships. Openness to constructive feedback and a willingness to grow. High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement). Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Lucrative Earnings : Uncapped commission structure with significant income potential.
