Summary

We are hiring for a Home Health CNA for 10-20 estimated visits weekly in the Frederick County & Montgomery County area.

Starting at : $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

The Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing patients with in-home personal care and designated health related services to maintain the patient's physical and emotional well-being, while following the written plan of care, Medicare / Medicaid regulations and agency policies and procedures.
