We're seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 4+ years of experience ready to take on high-impact work in a truly national practice. Your caseload will include class and representative actions, single-plaintiff litigation, and strategic counseling across California and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Defend leading employers in class, collective, and representative (PAGA) actions.
• Manage discovery and motion practice on significant, high-stakes cases.
• Take and defend depositions, and appear in mediations and hearings.
• Work directly with clients to align litigation strategy with business goals.
• Collaborate with nationally recognized partners who are at the forefront of employment law.
