Job Description :
Green Key Resources is currently partnered with two leading general contractors in the San Antonio area who are actively seeking experienced Project Managers to join their growing teams.
These firms have strong pipelines of work across the commercial, higher education, healthcare, and municipal sectors, and are looking for professionals who can confidently oversee complex construction projects from start to finish.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Lead and manage ground-up and renovation projects ranging from $5M to $35M
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of project execution, from preconstruction through closeout
- Work closely with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and owners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Maintain strong cost control, schedule management, and contract compliance
- Foster strong client relationships through consistent communication and excellent service
