Job Description
Infinity Global is seeking a motivated and versatile Project Manager to support cross-functional business initiatives and provide administrative support for the Project Management Office (PMO). This role will manage projects from concept through completion while ensuring the PMO operates efficiently through consistent documentation, process coordination, and system upkeep.
The Project Manager will collaborate with teams across operations, IT, supply chain, and client-facing departments to deliver on company priorities. Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet and Asana for project tracking, reporting, and PMO administration is strongly preferred.
Job Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience managing projects across multiple business functions, including direct experience in customer-facing or client account project roles.
- Experience providing administrative or operational support within a PMO or project-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Asana , or similar project management and collaboration platforms.
- Working knowledge of both Agile and Traditional (Waterfall) frameworks.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage all levels of the organization and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and shifting business needs.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive consensus among multiple stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience managing customer-facing projects, including onboarding or migrations.Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or technology-driven organizations.Experience providing administrative support for PMOs, including reporting, documentation, and project tracking.Strong Smartsheet and Asana administration experience , including configuring dashboards, reports, workflows, templates, and automation.Knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, or similar).Strong communication and collaboration skills.Job Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PMO Administration and Support : Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for the PMO, including maintaining project documentation, dashboards, task lists, and portfolio reports in Smartsheet and Asana.Project Leadership : Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects across diverse business functions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations.Customer-Facing Project Management : Serve as a primary point of contact for customer-related projects, ensuring clear communication, alignment on deliverables, and timely execution that meets client requirements and brand standards.Customer Onboarding and Migrations : Lead or support customer onboarding initiatives—including system or process migrations—ensuring seamless transitions, clear communication, and positive customer experiences.Planning and Execution : Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and ensure accountability across all project participants.Project Methodologies : Apply Agile or Traditional (Waterfall) approaches as appropriate based on project scope, complexity, and team dynamics.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with departments including IT, operations, logistics, account management, and business development to drive alignment and project success.Communication and Reporting : Deliver clear, timely updates on project status, risks, and milestones to internal stakeholders and client partners.Risk and Issue Management : Identify potential risks, lead resolution efforts, and maintain project momentum to ensure customer satisfaction.Tool Utilization : Serve as a key administrator for Smartsheet and Asana, maintaining project templates, automation, dashboards, and reporting to enable consistency and visibility across all PMO projects.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
