Manager Business Intelligence (Finance)

Job Summary Job Description The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for delivering business intelligence, visualization, reporting, and analytics solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to design, develop, and implement appropriate analytics solutions. Monitor department KPIs and implement solutions to improve the quality and reporting of data. Develop and implement Business Intelligence solutions. Manage the design and development of dashboards that monitor key performance indicators and drive business decisions. Drive process improvements through the management of Business Intelligence tools, reporting, visualization capabilities, and automation. Monitor new technology and data visualization techniques related to Business Intelligence. Assisting in conversion of legacy reports (AlteryX / Tableau) to newer tools (Microsoft Fabric / Power BI) Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Business, or related degree. At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics. At least 5 years of dashboard development experience in both Tableau and Power BI. At least 5 years of experience levering SQL for data analysis and performance tuning. At least 5 years of experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions. Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems. Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing / organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates. Must be comfortable with big data and how to efficiently leverage for reporting. Preferred Requirements Experience directly managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing them as they work. Experience with Python and Spark preferred. The anticipated salary range for this position : $115,440.00 - $173,160.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and / or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
