Position Overview

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales revenue by managing inbound and outbound communications with customers, providing product information, preparing quotes, and processing orders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, has strong communication skills, and enjoys being part of a collaborative manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation :

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify and qualify new sales leads.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from current and potential customers.
  • Present and explain the features and benefits of our manufacturing products.
  • Customer Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide exceptional service and act as a trusted point of contact.
  • Address customer questions, requests, and issues efficiently.
  • Sales Process & Administration :

  • Manage leads and customer data in the companys CRM system.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotes, proposals, and purchase orders.
  • Verify and process orders accurately, ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Generate and maintain reports on sales activities and progress.
  • Collaboration & Strategy :

  • Work closely with outside sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, product demand, and market trends.
  • Stay informed on company products, industry developments, and competitors.
  • Qualifications

  • Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or related manufacturing sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
