At Jedox, we offer cutting‑edge Performance Management Platform and Solutions that enable businesses to plan, analyze, and optimize their financial and operational performance. Our B2B Platform-as-a-Service offering consists of various components—sophisticated data representation and data collection, a powerful planning engine, and data integration—developed by our specialized product teams.

To achieve our “Digital Business Partner” vision, we are expanding our team and are looking for a Sales Director to lead our sales organisation in the US and accelerate our regional growth.

Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Director, you will lead and develop a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth, elevate sales performance, and strengthen Jedox’s market presence in the US. This is a Player‑Coach role that combines strategic leadership with hands‑on deal execution.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead and coach the team : Manage, mentor, and motivate Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management, skill development, and coaching.
  • Drive revenue and execution : Act as an individual contributor on key channel‑led deals, guiding strategy and execution from opportunity creation to close.
  • Manage partner sales : Build and strengthen relationships with partners, oversee joint business plans, and coordinate proposals, RFPs, and end‑user engagements.
  • Forecast and analyze : Conduct regular forecasting and pipeline reviews to ensure healthy coverage, data accuracy, and performance visibility.
  • Implement best practices : Champion Jedox’s “Way of Selling” initiative to improve win rates and operational consistency.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally : Work closely with Marketing, Solution Advisory, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to ensure strategic alignment and enable partner success.
  • Recruit and develop talent : Hire, onboard, and grow top sales professionals while fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous learning.

Your Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in a quota‑carrying sales role (AE, SDR, CSM, etc.).
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales management or leadership role.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop sales reps.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, sales processes, and pipeline management .
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement platforms, and data analytics .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills .
  • Willingness to travel , with a focus on destinations throughout the American region.
