We’re partnered with a leading Denver area general contractor who is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee large-scale, ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all field operations from site prep through turnover on major multifamily projects.
• Manage scheduling, logistics, and subcontractor coordination to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure strict safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained daily.
• Partner closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Design Teams to drive communication and project success.
• Mentor assistant supers and field staff, setting the standard for accountability and leadership on site.
