The Role

Force Factor is looking for someone who is truly obsessed with recruiting. An individual contributor who thrives on assessing talent, asking the right questions, and building high-performance teams. Think of us as a high-growth startup with the stability of an established business. You'll own recruiting across the company, partnering directly with the SVP of People, and playing a critical role in scaling a culture of smart, hungry, capable overachievers. This is not a back-office role; it's front-line, high-impact, and perfect for someone who lives for finding and closing great talent.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple business functions.
  • Partner with the SVP of People to shape hiring priorities and strategy.
  • Source, engage, and assess top candidates with speed and precision.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate talent for both skills and cultural alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our high-performance culture.
  • Continuously refine recruiting processes to ensure quality while moving fast.
  • Act as the face of recruiting across the organization, influencing leaders and candidates alike.
  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a high-growth or competitive environment.
  • Passion for talent - loves interviewing, qualifying, and understanding people.
  • Ability to assess drive, resilience, and cultural fit beyond the resume.
  • Strong communicator who can engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a high-ownership individual contributor role.
